The things we sell .
We have been operating our General Store & Wine Bar since 1993. We are always trying something new to keep it all interesting!
We sell our own olive oil, ouzo, & local wine, along with our own line of jams, marmalades, preserves, and pickles. As always, we make our preserves with as little sugar as possible, adding no artificial thickeners or other ingredients (unless you count the wine, brandy or drop of ouzo we splash in!) Packed in 250 ml jars (great for travellers and shipping) the products are heat-processed to form a vacuum seal. Refrigerate after opening.
For chefs, we have a white apron with our logo printed on the front, in Pierros favourite colour, deep green. We continue to carry our favourite T-shirt, with Pats sketch of the store up front and our circle-logo resting up high on the back.
Some products are seasonal, please enquire for availability.
