This old cottage is situated in a small olive grove overlooking Acharavi in the northern sector of the Island. It is completely built of stone and some of the walls are a good meter thick, this gives ample protection from the elements.
The house has electricity, telephone and water nearby. The property adjoins the
main public road (tarred) giving easy access to this house.
Of course it is in need of repairs but due to the low labour costs in Greece it is not as daunting a task as elsewhere.
It has a large plot of land with many olive trees, almond trees and some fruit.
