Antikythira (Antikythera) Island has about 40-50 permanent habitats in one small village named Potamos located

in north side of the island. But the location of the Apolytares Lighthouse is in south edge of the island and there

is not any road way to drive there. Also the old footpath is disappeared. You can reach the lighthouse by small

boat or caique (about one hour from Potamos village, around the coast) but there is not a pier (dock), or by

walking more than one hour with nothing carries with you between the bushes, rocks & stones. Additional there is

not exist electricity power in the lighthouse.
