Building a waterproof web-camera box

Here i made,a waterproof Web-Camera box ,step by step .I have put thermical resistor 47 ohm at 12 volt inside to plastic box, for to keep the glass clear the winter from high humidity and frost,And a fan 3,5 x 3,5 cm 12 volt,for to bring fresh air from outside in the plastic box at summer. web camera view

I take a weaterproof box 14 x 16 cm and a glass x 11 cm	Here i mark over to waterpoof box 9 x7,5 cm for to open it a hole	Here i am ready with a rotary tool to open the hole


The hole it is open	I clear the wild surface from the plastic from rotary tool	The plastic surface it is clear


Here i will stick with warm silicone the glass with the waterproof box	The inside place it is ready with warm silicone	And the out side place it is ready with warm silicone


All it is ready with web-camera inside	I decided to put 3 pieces of woods around from the glass ,for do not put water from rain over there ,and do not have reflection from the sun	Here i have stick with warm silicone the 3 pieces of woods over to waterproof box


	here i have painted white the out side part of woods


Here i have painted black the inside part of the woods,for do not have sun reflection		Here i have one mounting bracket with rotary up - down and left - right


Here i open 4 holes and with 4 nuts and bolts i will touch the angle bracket over the camera box	Here it is ready over to mounting bracket	It is ready

The electronics parts

Here i willl use one piece PCB ,one PCB clips for cable,and one resistor 47 ohm 16 watts	He i cut a small piece from PCB	Here with soldering iron i put the resistor to PCB, And make 2 holes to PCB for to touch 2 angle brackets,for to touch all them inside plastic box

Here i put inside to plastic box for web camera, the PCB with thermical resistor for to keep clear the glass the winter from humidity and frost,the fan for to bring fresh air inside the summer time,and dublex switch ,the summer iwill turn it for the fan ,and the winter for the thermical resistor	And here the same	From the down side at 2 holes , i stick with warm silicone plastic screen,for do not go inside spiders e,t,c.


I decided for better,to build a control box switch on - off.One for resistor and the other one for the fan,For to have the general control inside from my house
